Would have loved to buy some great quality stuff but employee was not very friendly (Brandon I believe). Store looked great and had great quality with good prices. Just going to buy from Allstate website instead.

Overall, a very good experience. The assistant manager spent considerable amount of time with us to review all our options and made sure that we ordered the correct furniture set. I would highly recommend.

1) Our purchase experience with Gene was just great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure made it very easy to buy a hot tub from him. The communication was excellent and Gene was proactive especially against the backdrop of the pandemic and all of its logistical challenges. I really appreciated this especially after having the opposite experience at another dealer. Well done Gene!nn2) Gene recommended Kevin Makie to do our installation and electrical. I can't say enough good things about Kevin. I am so happy for this referral. Kevin was just super and so easy and friendly to work with. I love how knowledgeable he was about all of the big (and little) things I needed to know about owning a hot tub for the first time. Yes, any electrician could have run the line but the guy is a hot tub enthusiast with years of personal experience so I got all my questions answered! He got everything set up yesterday (in the rain at times!) and I was in my tub by dinnertime with my husband and two best friends. I am so pleased! Plus I now have an electrician that I can trust. As someone new to the area it's so hard to know who to use. I am so happy with his work that I'm going to have him back to do more electrical work in my new home. Also, he was meticulous about everything, including bringing a separate pair of shoes so mud wasn't tracked into the house. It's the small things that make a difference.
