I made a call to Jon just based on a simple Google search.nnJon was on the phone with me for at least 15 minutes hearing out my entire problem with my security system installed by another company 3 years ago.nnJon said the would stop by my house the next day and would take a quick look. We both determined that the existing system was not viable. He came up with new equipment package that was very reasonable and was able to get it shipped to him overnight as we had a deadline due to pending vacation.nnJon installed the equipment today and made certain everything worked properly and explained all aspects of managing the system in terms that were easily understandable.nnJon pricing was more than competitive. If you add that with his kindness and the great person he is it is like a huge bonus.nnI 110% would recommend him to anyone who wants their A/V projects addressed by a consummate professional.
John did an AMAZING job with our two flat screen TVs! He was so friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was on time, precise and go the job done. Our TVs look so perfect, and we are very happy with the services. John hung one of our TVs above our fireplace, which I really love. He spent a little extra time to make sure it looked perfect. Thank you, John. We will be calling you soon to have our RING installed!
I called John in the morning and he immediately picked up my call. We arranged for him to come over later that day to look at my home theater connectivity issues.nAfter a lot of testing he diagnosed that the issue was with my download speed and my modem. He sat with me while we talked to the Internet Provider. He knew the right questions to ask and negotiated to upgrade my service for no extra cost and replace the modem.nThe Internet Provider (WOW) was very helpful and increased the upload and download rate while we were waiting. After this, the system worked great. John also provided suggestions on how to further improve the performance.nWithout John, I would still be stuck in the dark ages.nJohn has paid his dues. He is now branching out on his own.nHe should be the first person to call if you have home theater installation/connectivity issues, he doesn't give up and does a great job.
Jon did a wonderful job installing our audio and video equipment from start to finish. He researched prices, models, and accessories to give us the best information before making any decisions. Jon was always punctual and promptly answered our calls. His knowledge was extensive and extremely helpful. He also was able to update our computers. We were very pleased with his service.
We hired Jonathan to install a TV over our cultured stone fireplace. We didn't think it was possible, but Jonathan did it! Amazing job and no wires to be seen. In addition to the install, he took the time to do the TV shopping for us and found a great deal on a Sony available at Best Buy. This extra above and beyond service saved us a ton of time and money. We were so pleased with his work that we had him back to hook up our 20 year old surround system. He never pressured us to purchase a new system, assured us the old one would work just fine. It is up and running and sounds amazing. Jonathan is very responsive, timely and reasonably priced. We are having him come back next spring to install new outdoor lighting. Thanks Jonathan :).
