This place was amazing! I have been looking for a music store with a large selection of printed music, and I was not disappointed. There is so much, I am going to have to come back another day. I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back, and reccomending this place to others!
I ordered music more than month ago. I called many times. They know nothing about the order, though they said it would be in two weeks ago. I'll buy online instead from now on.
I was looking for a very specific collection of Chopin music, but the lady was short and rude. with me. Pretty sure I will never darken their doors again. I found the book that she told me doesn't exist, on Amazon. This is the reason that independent music stores are closing.
The cashier was very rude and unprofessional when I asked for a bag to put my daughter's reeds, and lyres that I had just purchased she placed it on the counter and pushed it to my child and said here!nWho's rude to a child! Smh! Shame on you Annie's music!
They didn’t have finger protectors for sore fingers from guitar strings. It smelled musty and the guy behind the counter seem to care very much about providing service, actually annoyed to answer a few simple questions.
