Tried the park and go option at this location and was impressed with the customer service and the fact that it was ready right at the time they said it would be. The flat bread pizza was cooked well and our food was fresh and tasty. Well done Panera!
They have some of the freshest baked goods you will ever find. The new scrambled egg, bacon, cheese sandwich on a Brioche roll is fantastic.nnGo early on the weekends as they do get busy.
I ordered delivery and didn’t get my order correct. I simply asked for a cup of soup, salad, baguette, and 2 flatbreads; what I received was soup, salad and apple. I didn’t get my flatbreads at all and I didn’t order an apple but got one instead of bread.... I called to see where my order was and they didn’t want to deliver the rest of my food that THEY forgot because it was close to closing time. I complained and they said they will have a door dasher drop of my food, but that they don’t even know when or how long that will take...Terrible customer service.
They do a good job for covid. The food is very good.
Very happy with the customer service at this location. Yesterday, we had a small issue with our delivery order. I called and spoke with the manager and he went above and beyond to make up for it. Will be ordering from here again.
