My wife brought me to Crumbl Cookies' grand opening on March 10 as a surprise and what a surprise it was! These cookies are HUGE and DELICIOUS! They have each of their cookies on display so you know exactly what you'll be getting. They also have many different ice cream flavors - but had sold out of a couple flavors by the night of their grand opening. Lots of employees behind the counter ensuring that cookies are made hot and fresh for each order. I'll be back as much as my waistband allows!

Crumbl just opened in our area. We were very excited to try it out. They are literally the best cookies we ever tasted! The staff was amazing. You could tell they really cared the way they packed the cookies and present to them. We will definitely be back!!!

So impressed by my experience- it was grand opening and the line was long but moved fast. Met Amber, the owner, she was greeting customers and talking about the team of people working with herud83dudc97 The shop has a great vibe, aroma was yummy and very pleased w my purchase (bought a 4-pack, in addition to free cookie). Looking forward to next visit- will check menu ahead of time, I’m a fan of dark chocolate!

We went for their grand opening in Rochester today. Only had to wait in line a moment and the staff was chatting and super friendly. Got the party pack and tried the Nutella, Raspberry Cheesecake, chilled sugar, peanut butter and milk chocolate chip. ALL are amazing! I can’t wait to see how the weekly menu changes!

Fun place to get cookies with your friends/SO. Always have new and exciting cookie flavors. They are super active on social media and show amazing details about their company and new cookies. They even make polls for customers to vote on what new flavors they should make in the future! Love this place!
