if there was a -10 that would be what I would rate it. kept being told was out for delivery but wasn't getting delivered then told was on wrong truck, 3times. had their customer service put on hold at site and when went there to pick up was told was on right truck today for delivery but when requested a supervisor the package miraculously was found!
Had three packages to be delivered from same driver, left one package at my home, other two at neighbors doorstep. All three packages clearly marked with my address, pathetic.
They really keep your packages safe here.nSecurity gate to be buzzed in. Even has a security guard. People were really nice and helpful too. Way out of town by the food processors. Kinda hard to find without gps.
