Help-U-Move

We have used Help-U-Move seven times over the past few years and we have always been very satisfied with their service, professionalism and the care they took of our belongings. We highly recommend them to all of our friends who are moving. For this last move, Trent, Chase, Rophy and Jared moved us from an apartment and also two storage units. They were awesome and made the move much less stressful for us. We will continue to use them for all our future local moves! Great job!!

Eric, Raphae and Jerod helped my parents finish their move to Spokane. It was a long day for them as they had to bring the full storage unit to Spokane, unpack it at their new home, then go to the apartment they had been temporarily living in while waiting for their home to be built; and then pack that place up and bring it to the new house. It was a long hard day for all of them and NEVER ONCE did I hear a single complaint. They were courteous, friendly and professional the entire time.... I even heard one of them offer help my Mom out of a chair she was having a difficult time with! I absolutely recommend theses guys....you won’t be sorry!

A few weeks before our move, a representative of Help-U-Move came to my house to provide an estimate. When I called him the day before the move, he explained that he would send the same number of people and trucks and they would simply finish sooner. The arrived right at 8:30 as promised. We all did a walk through to review what we wanted help moving. Then they got to work. They worked as a team and seemed to enjoy working together. Every time they spoke to me, they addressed me as “Sir.” And when I answered their questions, their response was always,”You got it!” When they finished loading, but before they raised the ramps, they asked if there was anything else they could do.nnWhen they arrived at the destination, they got right to work again. They did another walkthrough and pointed out some preexisting minor damage. They padded part of the stairway to prevent damage. Then they began moving the furniture into the house and up the stairs. My wife, her sister and her sister’s husband were all at the house to witness the move-in. We were unanimous in our agreement that this crew had done an excellent job of moving our household to our new house.nnThere was no damage to our old house. There was no damage to our new house. There was no damage to our possessions. There were no missing items. And there were no surprises. A very respectful, courteous and hardworking crew! Well done Tré, Chuy, Raffy, Eric and Marty! Thank you for a good job done well!

We can't thank you enough for your professional services! Five days before our schedule move date we had to change the day and not only did you accommodate us you had volunteers come in on a Sunday to get the job done. The workers were polite, efficient and careful. We would certainly recommend your services and use them again if needed!
