Getting new account took way too long over 2 hrs. Also had big problem getting first responder discount. Frustrating!nOnly 4 stars cuz of poor initial customer service.nnHowever, now that all is straight the service is very good. Superior to Verizon service.nDiscount billing is fixed and working as promised.nAt this point very satisfied.

Collins Mobile is a horrible third party company. They have very shady and unethical business practices. They don’t take care of their help and constantly want employees to up sell customers even if the customer doesn’t need and/or want the feature/product. There isn’t one single employee left from when the store had opened over 3 years ago. That should tell you something. Do yourself a favor and stick to a corporate T-Mobile store if you’re interested in signing up for service.

What happened to all the good employees like Tyler and Gary? They were always extremely helpful and service like they provide is why we use T-mobile. The new employees are arrogant and condescending making it feel like a new carrier is the best solution to any problems we have.

I have been into a lot of questionable situations during this virus and I had a lot to change and can’t my phone bills horrible with spirit I found the best workers and safest environment at T-mobile in highland they require all safety measures plus they are very professional, the best deals and service I have ever had plus safety is number one a good deal but getting sick to get it ?? Here they schedule so many and gloves are changed per customer inside out your to remove them washing hands also disinfect offered to customer before you touch anything they are awesome give them a try the best trade in and payment packages plus promotional offers free I pads with trade in call them the best thank you to all that helped me and continue during this time lite in the dark thank you to all T mobile be safe god bless you, Susan minke of Clarkston mi
