The Milford Kroger has several team members that need added guidance and supervision. This is a wonderful example of caring and kindness by Kroger management and fellow team members. This also means added responsibility and work for other team members. My recent visit, Will was working at the check out register. Will had to take extra time and exercise his patience to make sure all purchased items were put into the shopping bags and packed properly with fragile items on top in the bag while working with a team member. I also see other team members cleaning, returning carts to the store and other jobs that required some added guidance. Kroger is making an extra effort with individuals that might not get a chance in other vocations.
