The furniture we bought was a lot of money. We bought number of pieces We’ve had it a month. The sectional is losing its shape. No one told us that we had to switch the pillows around every two days. There is only the two of us and we work most of the day. We bought a chair Arhaus sent out someone to look at it. There was something rattling around in the base, and the material was stretched. The person that came out said it would take seven hours to fix. Mind you the chair is also only a month old.nWe never heard back from the store. We bought a We bought a sleeper sofa. No one told us it had an air mattress. When they went to blow it up the air mattress would not hold the air. They had to get us a new mattress. We called Concierge, and they just told us to keep switching the pillows around. For a couch that Cost a lot of money, that should not be our problem. We have bought from Arhaus many times. We waited five months for the furniture. We are disappointed. We will never recommend them to anyone that’s looking for furniture. The quality for the money is not good.

I really enjoyed browsing the store. It made me want to know more about the quality, durability and design. I only saw one salesperson and she was with a client. No worries, I can do some research. I loved everything I saw. This store is about taste and price. So if you're looking know that your AMEX needs an allowable budget of $5000 or more.

Worst experience you could possibly have. Prepaid for all our furniture with the promise it would be 4-6 weeks. This was on August 18th. Weeks turned into months with no communication, we got no returns to our calls, excuse after excuse turned into 16 weeks, then when the delivery date rolled around which was CHRISTMAS EVE they stated they were still waiting on some pieces but it would be just another week. It is January 18th almost 6 months after ordering, and I call the store, they tell me it will be in February 5th. I tell them in a very calm and professional manner that this is unacceptable and that I should never have been sold something that wasn’t even remotely in stock. The lady sets the phone down and can be heard telling her co-workers “this guy is just yelling, I should just hang up on him to make him more mad” then proceeded to chuckle. It was at this point that i just hung up. This is not how you treat a customer.

We were in the area from out of town installing an interior design project and this place really saved the day! They had everything we needed in stock and ready to take right then and there. Special shout out to Justin and Karen who were so helpful and friendly! They even personally brought all the items down to our vehicle and helped load it. I think it's worth mentioning that we tried to go back the next day to get a few more items and the manager, Stacy I believe, was not helpful. She told us we couldn't take anything from the floor even though we had the day prior and she didn't offer any other solutions. If you go here, ask for Justin or Karen! They're the best!

We have been regular customers for the past 3 years we buy a lot of pieces from them, their furniture has a very nice character with some very well designed rustic pieces. Its elegant and luxurious.nThe store stands behind their products and have very clear and at times flexible return and exchange policies, the staff their will go above and beyond to earn your trust, build long term relationship, and make sure you are satisfied happy customer. They have very good after sale customer service and protection plans. You buy with confidence.nOur friends and guests always compliment the pieces that we got from Arhaus.nStacy and Maureen are awesome, we worked the the manager there for a while awesome guy very knowledgeable and helpful.nOf course you have to expect to pay for such quality, yet nothing crazy expensive, we find most of their prices pretty reasonable for the overall experience with them. They run good sales on seasonal basis. And always have new designs and pieces.nWe only had one negative experience with a sale associate that i dont think is working with them any more, she was helpful but she could not help using pushy sales tactics that you dont expect at luxury stores.
