Good place to shop , unique candles Smell like moca etc
Shopping a couple days before Thanksgiving was fantastic. The sales ladies were truly awesome. First time in the store I was almost overwhelmed & I loved it. Spent about 2hrs looking around, trying on clothes, buying Christmas gifts for my dear family & friends and resting on beautiful purple couch. All anthro stores are amazing. Sights, scent and service are repeated in each one, but the products are why we return. This one is one of my favorites.
In a world of online buying Anthropology should make their return policy easy and convenient - not having you return items in different ways. In the first couple of lines of their return policy that is on their website Anthropology does not clearly indicate how to return these items, the first line says “online orders can be returned in store.” To know that shoes cannot be returned in store you have scroll over half way down. It’s extremely frustrating that you cannot return everything in one place. I had to return a dress and shoes. I went to the store was able to return the dress and the sales person said I have to go home, package up my shoes, and take it to ups. Anthropology why not take a play from Nordstrom’s book - make returns easy.
