Went in to rent car dolly. Was told even though I had a reservation and the website said the truck pulling the car combo would work fine that her computer at the desk said my truck/car combo would NOT work and refused to rent a car dolly to me. Never ever going back. You guys have lost a lot of business from me and my friends. We own a car business and we’re always towing cars. But never using the U-Haul on Apple Ave. again!

I had the best experience. Jason is the manager and he's a great guy all around. I will forever give my business to U-Haul just because of my experience here. Thank you for all y'all do! I highly recommend this place!
Set an appointment for hitch install 3 days in advance. Took time off work and drove over to so it. When I showed up they didnt have the equipment or staff working. The young lady at the counter made no effort to fix their mistake. Place is a mess.
