Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops

I can't believe the service we received from this place. After being totally disappointed with Valley View Granite, our builder referred us to Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops. The service was exceptional with help from the ladies in the office. After we had ordered our granite counter tops from Valley View Granite in late June, we were told that once our builder was ready for the counter tops to be installed it would take approximately one week to complete the installation process. Well, our contractor called Valley View around the middle of August and they told him that it would be towards the end of Sept. Wow, my wife and I were so fuming mad because our lock that we had on our mortgage would have expired and we would have been up the creek without a paddle. After looking at granite at Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops, we decided on our choice and the installation date was Sept 3rd. We couldn't believe that it was going to be that quick. Even better, they moved it up to Friday Aug 28th. Unbelievable again. After they installed our counter tops that Friday, they had installed the wrong counter top in the Master Bath. We called our contractor and he was aware of the mix up and so was Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops which said that it was their fault. We could leave it as is or they would change it to the right one. My wife was really set on the right one. So figuring that it would be three or four days before it would be changed if we were lucky. No way, it was done that following Monday. Best service on anything that I have ever received. Even our contractor was totally amazed. If I could give them 10 stars, I definately would. I am a person that is hard to please but with Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops, I'M SPEECHLESS. Kelly Buckway

We have spent a lot of time with multiple employees on our kitchen remodel. They are always very professional and kind. Even when we take forever to make up our minds and have many changes they have been so willing throughout the whole process. Their showroom is amazing and for those of us that have a hard time visualizing how a kitchen will look based on a small sample, they instead have full models to see. We love our cabinets and counter tops we got from these guys! The installers were clean and professional. They made sure the job was done right and on time. All of our cabinet doors are soft close and shut so smooth. The finish work on the outside looks amazing and was at a very fair price. I would send my friends and family to these guys and not even think twice!!

I am a custom home builder in Cache Valley. I have used Cache Valley Cabinets and Tops for over 10 years on project ranging from a simple vanity swap out, to cabinet packages over $100K. They have always taken care of my customers and have jumped through any hoops I placed in front of them (and I have given them some pretty gnarly hoops) to complete the jobs with exceptional customer service and provide an excellent product. I know Paul (the owner) personally and he is a man of his word and does exactly what he says he will. He is intently focused on running his business well and taking care of his customers. His employees from the showroom designers and fabricators to install crews are great people and I recommend Cache Valley Cabinets and Tops to everyone who asks me and to anyone looking for cabinets and tops.
