Just left the Go Wireless store a very happy customer. Alex was as fantastic as a salesperson could be! He was helpful, patient, had tons of great advice and even helped me decide to add an iWatch to my new iPhone 12 Mini. I have always used the Verizon store over by the mall, but since I moved to Pasco I decided to give these guys a try. Best decision ever, I will definitely be back for any future cellphone or Verizon needs. Thanks Alex and also the rest of the store staff!!
The best place EVER to go for Verizon...ASK FOR ALEX! Seriously, we got better service here than at the corporate store. Alex went above and beyond to figure out the best deal for us, and getting us the best discounts possible. He even made a special call to corporate to have our activation fees waived for a military family!!! (Verizon corporate store was not willing to do this) The whole staff chipped in when it came time to back up and active 4 cell phones at the same time! We all felt so comfortable hanging out in the store. Then when the first bill came and I was confused, Alex took the time to explain LITERALLY everything. His communication was amazing and our family is so grateful for the time he spent with us and everything he was able to do for us...he saved us HUNDREDS of dollars.
I went to this store for technical help on my iPhone. Juan greeted me promptly, analyzed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. Thank you so much to Juan in his professionalism, courteousness, knowledge and resourcefulness.
