Good food, friendly staff, and great customer service. I ordered online for delivery to my workplace. When the food came, it was the wrong thing. I called the restaurant and they offered to bring me a replacement, if I was willing to wait. I decided to drive over myself. (I realize this was counterproductive, but I'd get the replacement quicker, I was hungry). Once I arrived, they were prompt to meet me, and even threw in a cookie for the trouble. Customer service is simple when you own your mistake and make it right. Thank you, Panera.
I love Panera but the stuff here is amazing! I was helped by Aly and Micheal and they were so nice and helpful. I didn’t know what to order and they were super helpful deciding what to eat. They both deserve a raise!
Orderd delivery, driver or tracker, never let us know it had been deliverd ,so sat on the porch , 40$ and 20 degrees it got cold fast , French Baguette with my chicken and rice bowl was just thrown in the bag , not wrapped or anything , prolly wont be ordering from there anytime soon,
Someone needs to give Ashley a raise she is so sweet and nice when I order delivery from panera, she also always gets here in time, thank you for your great work!!
