After 90 years experience, you would expect them to have mastered the customer service basics. Larry had difficulty answering phone calls or texts, and ultimately stood up my parents when he said he would be at their home to provide an estimate. I guess we will be using a different company.
Larry and his team did a great job with our residential move! Timely, well priced, and took extra care to protect our furniture and carpets during the move. Our family appreciates it!
