This is a company who doesn’t invest time in their employees whatsoever. They have you do double the work load and refuse to give pay raises annually like they promise you. If you do receive a raise it won’t be very noticeable, I’m talking maybe 25-50 cents. For someone who has worked there for years, i can vouch that they do not care at all for their long time employees. I’ve seen many come and go in my time of working there. Many employees that were great and did their job were canned and nothing to show for it. If you speak out of turn or disagree with a superior and/or give your opinion on something, you better get to cleaning your desk out... This place pays well at first, however, they have no moral and treat whoever they want how they want and get away with it every time. For those who know their worth, in other words, are immediately terminated for not wanting to be treated like dogs. The way this business is running, it’ll be ran to the ground sooner rather than later I’m sure. I just want everyone to know that each and every boss I’ve had have either made me so mad to the point of almost quitting and or tear up from how horrible they have treated me. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for employment with central transport and detours you from doing so.

Overcharged us. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE. We tried to go through the hoops with their bureaucracy, but they shut us down at every turn.

I wish I could give it a -5 star rating. This company is horrible on returning a message. I had left several with HR and not one was returned. And when I spoke to an operator on wanting to speak to a person, she too was very rude and said good luck and hung up on me. I hope this review along with the others I've read here will keep people away from this awful company from doing any form of business. They are terrible people that work for such a terrible company.

Best company ever! :D They delivered all my items in a timely fashion and everything was fine. They said it would take about a week to deliver but I got my package the very next day! They have the best customer service I have ever seen!

AWFUL. They called me to schedule a delivery and told me they would call if there was any hold ups with the shipment. I took off work because they said I had to be home all day. I waited and they never showed up. I called them and the shipment was still stuck in Ohio and took ZERO responsibility for the lack of communication. They then said they would call to reschedule the next business day. The next day no one called and then I get a call that the truck is at my house while I'm at work. HORRIBLE company I would never trust them to ship your goods.
