I love this team of movers! It was my first time moving apartment in NYC and they handled everything great. The team was fast and very careful with my items. When we got to my new apartment my couch didn't fit up the stairwell (my fault for not measuring) the team disposed of the couch for me at no extra charge. Since a majority of the moving cost was from the couch and moving it up the 5 flights to my new apartment they took that off my final bill! I didn't even have to call and request that be taken off, customer service called me after the move to discuss and they immediately changed the bill. I highly recommend booking Roadway Shipping..!!!!!
I have to say that from start to finish, this move was a fantastic experience. The initial support and the quote were tremendously helpful because I had no idea what to expect. The crew they sent couldn't have been faster, nicer or more professional. They made moving out & in the best experience that I could have imagined. They even went the extra mile of breaking down countless boxes and carrying out a ton of trash which was an incredible help to me. Every aspect of this was 5 stars & I'd happily recommend Roadway Shipping to anyone who is moving.
Had the absolute best experience using Roadway Shipping for my move this week. I was very stressed to move within Manhattan but these movers were so competent and caring with all my belongings and assured a safe and fast delivery. He was great at walking me through all aspects of my move and giving me a fair estimate with everything included. Moversl showed up and were so professional and kind. They moved everything out of my apartment with such care but made my move much quicker than I anticipated. When we arrived at my new apartment, they went above and beyond arranging my new furniture in my room and making sure I was satisfied. I can not recommend this company enough for your move within New York City. These people are amazing at what they do and do it with a smile on their face! Will definitely be using them (roadway shipping) in the future.
I've moved many times and this was by far the best experience. They packed and moved my 5 person family and were awesome. Roadway Shipping came to do a walkthrough so I didn't have to take pictures and try to explain everything we own or make estimates about the number of boxes I would have. The price they quoted was the price I was charged! I received a number of other quotes and it was a very reasonable price. The team that came was friendly, efficient, and careful with my things. The leader was fantastic. They asked to make sure they were doing what I wanted during packing and moving. I asked them to switch something and they did it without question. He even suggested items to hold off on packing until the end so my little kids could have what they needed. And then they told me which boxes had those things when we arrived at our new home. I highly recommend Roadway Shipping.
Fantastic experience. I had a lot of concerns when I realized I have to move to New Jersey, I got some quotes from a few different companies, but Roadway Shipping left me with the best overall impression. The price was fair, and scheduling the service was very easy and fast. If I have to move again I'll definitely use these guys.
