Manistee Comfort Center deserves a 5 star rating. From Dave my salesman, who was very helpful in my deciding the fabric i needed having 3 dogs and suggested a fabric protector, he also made financing an easy process. I would like to praise the delivery men. Super professional efficient and fast. Thank you Manistee Comfort Center for a pleasant shopping experience.
The customer service is outstanding. We had bought a lift chair with a 5 year warranty, and it broke after one year. The manufacturer had filed for bankruptcy. Jeff and the crew spend significant time (I am talking 2 weeks) and effort trying to contact reps for the company to see if the parts to repair the chair could be found. Unfortunately they had no luck. Jeff then offered us a new chair at a price that I believe was lower than cost. They were under no obligation to do so. They also disposed of the broken chair for free. You don't find customer service like that often these days. Thank you Comfort Center team!
