Bought two sofas.. Excellent customer service. The prices are very competitive, very helpful and honest.nI highly recommend Famous Furniture to everyone.
We were told at other furniture stores that certain room sets were out of stock, when we went by her she said they were in stock. She gave us false delivery dates , and when the room didn't come WE had to call her and she said the rooms were out of stock and then gave us another delivery date. We ordered 3 room sets in July and never received them. We only received one of them and when it arrived it was damaged , and looked nothing like it did in the picture. When we spoked with her on the phone she would drop the F-bomb and was very angry at us for no reason. Terrible customer service , would not recommend AT ALL.
A hidden gem-- gorgeous furniture and excellent service. We have bought a dining room set, side tables, a living room set and now bedroom furniture from them. Famous Furniture has the most unique pieces in the area by far. I've referred my friends and family to them and I'm happy to support this local family business!
Bring a ton of cash because you'll need it in this store. Their furniture is not budget friendly. Sales lady was really nice. I definitely left sticker shocked.
Went in there wanting to buy a couch. Was not greeted by the lady, who only had one customer in the store. I found a couch I really wanted but unfortunately couldn't buy because she ignore me the whole time.
