I recently purchased a pool table from Allstate Home Leisure in Sterling Heights. From searching their website, to talking with the sales rep, to the phone call the day before delivery was very easy and professional. The day of the delivery, two people showed up, a brother and sister team. All I can say is...wow. The two of them work excellent together, very fast and efficient and professional. They definitely know the knowledge of pool tables. They delivered and completely set it up and cleaned everything before they left. I would highly recommend Allstate Home Leisure to anyone. Hands down, awesome.
I really would Love to THANK Nichole Gout for her patience when My hot tub needed service. Our hot tub needed a new thermostat, I had a really rough week, and she just happened to be my whipping post and I am very sorry. She was very good at listening and realizing I was not having a good day. Let's just say she talked me off the edge! She arranged for part and service and it was done quickly and professionally. Service crew sent a detailed report on what they did. I really appreciated Nichole Helping me out as she did. She deserves a Raise dealing with me. (sad face) Thank you Again
The staff here is amazing. Janelle made buying my pool table so easy. She helped with every aspect from choosing accessories to scheduling the full install in my newly finished basement. I will be back for more to add soon!
Great customer service. They were helpful and answered all my questions, which were many, but they weren't pushy salespeople. We had a great experience.
Excellent spa place and home entertainment. Always good service. Always go there for my supplies for my spa. Friendly people.
