I highly recommend the great customer service that I received. My sales person was very knowledgeable helpful and gave great customer service. I would highly recommend my friend to purchase their flooring from this location especially from the sales person I dealt with.
Just a wonderful experience, Cass took care of everything for me, showed up next day to measure and bring me the samples we talked about over the phone and gave me the quote same day which was much better than any other quote I got in the past, even with a slight shipping delay on my carpet it was still much faster than I thought possible. The crew that came out for install was very kind and SO efficient. Just the two of them worked so fast. The new carpeting looks and feels great.
The best store to buy a ceramic, vinyl, and laminate. I almost bought everthing from them, the materials are great. The best customer service ever, if you don't understand any level of the flooring, they will be willing to spend the whole time explaining. Definitely recommended.
Great prices and customer service. They really took their time with me and my daughter when we were shopping for carpet for her bedroom. They showed us several options within our price range. Installation was quick and they did a great job! I will be using them in the future for sure.
