Food was good, but pricey.nnCalled to place an order, said can't take an order over the phone, had to do it online or come in.nnPlaced the order online and said an hour for pick up.nnThey emailed that it was ready half hour later. Luckily I went there early thinking it would be done faster, or it would've sat for 15 min.

Cassie is absolute best for Mani & pedi and great to talk to. Trisha is beyond incredible for massage, especially if you can handle some pressure. She is truly skilled at what she does.

The Shelby LifeSpa is fantastic! It is an upscale salon and spa with competitive pricing. You do not have to be a member of Life Time Fitness to use the spa. In fact, with any salon or spa service you are able to use the whole facility for the day at no charge, including the FREE child care! You won't be disappointed.
