Holly was absolutely AMAZING! I had some trouble at the Chesterfield store yesterday and decided to call the Hall rd store today. She not only handled the issues I had; she made the order happen! She did it so quick and efficient,,, very professional. I was able to gain confidence in my purchase again. No high pressure sales at all. She is an asset to the company... thanks so much Holly for all your help today much appreciated. Would highly recommend! 5 star ...all day :)
Sales were very pleasant and helpful, but they didn't crowd Me. They answered My questions and concerns about the type of Mattress I did and did not want. After I made my choice they were able to work with Me on a price that was comfortable for My pocket. I only problem I had was with the delivery service they did not give Me the services that I'd paid for and My Son had to take care of moving the old bed and setting up the new, they only moved the mattress and box which was extremely disappointing; but My Son called the Store and made them aware of the situation and they took care of it to My Complete Satisfaction!
So glad I decided to stop in and look around. Holly was so patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns as buying a new bed to me is one of my most important decisions to make as I need a good night sleep. Highly recommend checking them out if your in the market for a new bed!

Ordered mattresses online. Mattresses were delivered in 3 days still wrapped in plastic. Very happy with the mattresses and delivery.
