My wife and I shopped around to get multiple quotes for basement carpet and nobody competes with Pro Quality Flooring. Don’t waste your time anywhere else! Pro Quality Flooring (Nancy) was so helpful, patient, understanding, professional, took the time to find every affordable option for us in the color we wanted and did not try to persuade us to go another route. Fred came to our house and measured our area and provided us the final quote in a timely manner. He was very professional. Won’t ever go anywhere else for future flooring projects! This is the 3rd room they have done for us. A perfect job every time. I'm extremely OCD and I'm extremely happy. Fred and his family are courteous, knowledgable and go out of their way to accommodate and please. I feel they are reasonably priced. I will only use them for the rest of my house. I highly recommend them. AND BTW I'm not related to them so I'm NOT being forced to give this review.

I could not have picked a better company to do my carpet. I got three quotes before I made any decisions, and talking with Fred sealed the deal. They had the best price, but even if they didn't I would have chosen them for their professionalism. Fred took extra care to point out anything that could cost extra right from the beginning so I wouldn't be blindsided by any extra cost, which means a lot when you are on a tight budget. The workers that came to install the carpet were also very professional and polite. Heck they even carried my empty trashcans up the driveway for me without me even asking. I would be more then happy to recommend Pro Quality Flooring to any one.

I just so happened to find this store. I had gone to Home Depot and Lowe’s with money in hand and had big issues with both big chains. This store is a breath of fresh air, this family owned business really treated my family and I with respect. As a Wounded Veteran, my time and money is precious, so when I say that I couldn’t find anything wrong with this family owned company. They always kept me in the loop and the floors truly look amazing. Semper Fi and Thank You Pro Quality Flooring.
