My order came promptly, earlier than I had expected actually. I ordered several pieces of different sizes for a couple different jobs and am beyond impressed. Cuts are excellent, quality is wonderful. The foam I didn't have wrapped feels so good. You have just gained a new fan and trust me, I will spread the word. Good job and sincere thank you.

Ordered 3 cushions from them in January. Everything was fine in the beginning. Just recently one started to feel different, almost feels like they glued two pieces together to get the correct width, and now the glue is not holding them together anymore.nnFor the price I paid this is not what I was expecting to happen, and to happen so quickly. Hoping it doesn't happen with the other 2 cushions.nnUpdate 4/2021: All 3 cushions are really 2 pieces glued together. Look elsewhere if you want cushions which will last more than a year.

Great place! If you have never used the foam factory before you better get it on it! We have used them at their old location and at the newer, tons of selections for basically anything you need outta foam at an affordable price! The ladies up front are helpful and nice.

Just received my cushion for my windows seat and I love, love, love it. Tried to find a window online and no one made the size I needed and the one that came a little close but still to short in length and to large is width was going to cost over $200. The cushion came perfect. The process was so easy. I just measured, went online put in my measurements and paid. A week later a perfect window seat cushion. Oh and by the way no where near $200. Doing the happy dance. Thank you Foam Factory, you are the best.

Ordered two of the large, 3 in, pick and pluck foam sheets, can't remember the exact sized but i needed 32 inches of length, with the two sheets trimmed and stacked my sony camera trunk now has 100% foam protection and i had enough leftover to use for a pelican case! Can't recommend these guys enough , very affordable compared to everywhere else especially buying from pelican or any other case specific type place. Shipping took about a week, as expected. Very happy and will be back.
