Great experience!!! Website was super straightforward so it was easy to find what I was looking for (firm and budget friendly). Walked in and sales person Adam S. was genuine and super helpful. He immediately took note of our preferences and showed us exactly what we were interested in seeing. We were in and out in less than 20 min. Really appreciate that our mattress is made to order and the delivery set up was a breeze!!! Plus the store is based right here in Michigan (love supporting local businesses). I'm super glad I didn't have to order a mattress online and pray I would like it. When it's time to upgrade, or put together a guest room, I'm definitely going back!!
Our Salesperson Adam was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I'm happy that we put the selection of our next decade of sleep in his hands. Keeping our business local and with a reputable company was on our agenda. Jonathan Stevens is a respected bedding company with many of the prestigious hotels and we're comfortable putting our trust in them as well.
Adam the salesman was wonderful. Helping us understand the differences between tiers, giving us additional details and demonstrations... and most importantly not pressuring us to buy. Locally made and owned right here in Grand Rapids. Additionally after visiting multiple stores in the area to compare, we returned and purchased 2 mattresses.
Great product, great service, even better follow up and follow through.nMy wife and I purchased a Jonathan Stevens mattress and a power adjustable base. The power base stopped functioning and it was soon found out that there was a problem with the frames main Electrical brain. We contacted the Northland Dr., Jonathan Stevens store and without hesitation the next day they showed up and replace the box no questions asked. Now that’s great customer service!
We just ordered our mattress tonight. Autumn was great to work with and very helpful. The best experience we've had shopping for a mattress, hands down! Thanks Autumn!
