Came in for a new iPhone 11 today. Shelby helped me from start to finish! He was so very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and patient. I VERY much appreciated his customer service. I already have directed others to this store. It’s a night and day difference from the corporate Verizon stores. These guys are top notch! Ethan also helped me a few days prior to order the phone. Also very knowledgeable and helpful!
Shelby was such a great help! We came in to get my girlfriend a new phone with a promotion in mind and he brought up a promotion we had no idea about and ended up getting us both new phones for not a ridiculous price at all.
