Very poor service in the bakery. We had a cake ordered the day before my child's b-day and was told we could not pickup until 7pm the following day. (FYI Bakery is closed at this time). My husband stopped in on his lunch hour to see if it could be done earlier so I could save a trip and was told yes, 4:30ish so he popped in to see if it was ready at 5:50ish and was told the bakery was closed. I called to see why and young man on the phone said the bakery was indeed closed and closes at 6pm and he did not know much about that area but he will look for our cake. He came back on the line and said it was ready and had been ready since 2pm because he watched the woman make it himself as he was bored. Like seriously?? Don't we all love to be mislead and lied to and enjoy driving 20 minutes for nothing? Never again using Wal-Mart's bakery. Thank you for the deli man for the correct information and assistance.
Excellent cakes, cookies, donuts, etc. Friendly service.
