Ken was quick to understand I had a very specific sofa and recliner in mind. He wasn’t pushy at all and let me do my thing and was there to help if I needed it. (I like to take my time and browse alone). He gave me a great deal on the set I wanted and my experience with him this time and in the past has me a repeat customer for sure!
