Oh my goodness! I love this store! I placed a large order today, only after contacting several other bakeries in the valley. I chose to go with the old gristmill because Kaylee gave me the best customer service, and was by far the most friendly. Like seriously, i was super impressed. She was just the cutest! I am super excited for our ward and I am really glad you guys are in Smithfield. Your staff is always super nice and helpful and your store is always super clean (which is a big thing for me right now) Old Grist Mill for the win! You guys rock!

Have gone to this establishment for years. Great food and great staff., and the new building is beautiful. However, i was in yesterday for lunch with my crew and an older man, who i would assume to be the business owner, was in there. I have never in my life seen a business owner or boss treat employees as he did. He was rude and belittling. He was yelling across the store, and rudely interrupting employees while they were helping customers and trying to work. I watched a lady in front of me get rudely interrupted THREE times by him talking to the cashier, while she was being checked out. As my wife and i got checked out, i found out that it was the manager. I have placed orders with her before and she is the best of the best. I just felt bad for these employees and don't think anybody should have to work under those circumstances. 5 stars for great food and great workers.

Updated my previous rating. Super, duper kind and awesome people as well as amazing (as usual) food. We were able to pay over the phone to have a special delivery because of our Corona Positive Quarantine. My high-risk son is having respiratory issues related to his asthma, I don't drive and our kitchen is out of comission so I can't even make him soup or tea. Thank you to the entire staff for being so generous and tossing in some oatmeal cookies and glorious cinnamon rolls to brighten our day!! Such a beautiful thing at such a rough time for so many!!

First time visit since they opened and I was surprised what they've done with the old Sev. Great to have a such a stand-by so close. We had a great lunch. We'll go back often. Well staffed, consistently good food. Grateful they are here.

Love that they have a drive thru! Only have gone once, the girl at the window was so nice! We ordered 4 lunch specials and in 2 of them they forgot the chips, but its fine, that happens at the other locations too.
