Amazing. Excellent customer care. Hand made, reasonably priced, dreamy sleep. Everyone was INCREDIBLY helpful and so happy with bed. I have been searching for a comfortable and supportive mattress for a year. After having bad experiences with two other mattresses from big box companies—third times a charm. Excellent quality and excellent service.
Very friendly atmosphere when shopping at their location. Sandy was very helpful and knowledgable regarding what type of mattress would suit us. Truthfully the first mattress didn’t work out for us but you have up to 30 days if not satisfied. They will go out if their way to accommodate. The selling point for us is the fact they are high quality, made in Maine product.
My wife and I were looking for a new mattress to replace a sleep number bed we were not comfortable on anymore. We visited Portland Mattress in Biddeford, ME , which friends had recommended.nThe sales person was friendly ,nattentive to our needs and relaxed in her approach. At her urging , we tried a number of mattresses and eventually bought a single-coil mattress.nnOur mattress took a few weeks to come in , due to material shortages caused by the pandemic. The wait proved to be worthwhile , as the mattress is very comfortable. We also bought new pillows that.are excellent as well.nnWe highly recommend Portland Mattress.
Knowledgeable sales staff helped me pick perfect mattress option. Delivery was completed by very courteous people. Highly recommend buying local.
