I typically love Panera however there was an associate who literally was so rude to me. I think her name was Autumn. I just ended up leaving and not finishing my order.
I’ve been patient long enough with the Biddeford location. This is the 4th time IN A ROW they got my order wrong and the workers were NOT nice about it at all. I don’t even go here that often but they still get my order wrong when it’s as easy as JUST a large Mac and cheese. Now even hearing the word Panera leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Love the food, The mood is calm and welcoming! Will come back again when I can! ^w ^
I saw the commercial for the new pepperoni Flatbread pizza and it looked great. It really wasn't. They charged $10.50 when it should maybe be a $5 item, not awful but not worth the price. I give them high marks for the online ordering, love that. Staff was friendly and they have good covid safety protocol. I would have probably gone with 3.5 stars if allowed as it was an overall good experience. Either get better at your pizza game or bring the price down, most frozen pizza is comparable.
Their flatbread pizza was delicious ud83dude0b as well as the green apple salad...
