We had a great experience at this facility. It's clean and the manager, Valentine, is great to work with! Our month was going to be up and we still had a china cabinet that we hadn't been able to sell. So we are donating it to Restore Habitat for Humanity and they are picking it up. They aren't able to get there before my month is up, so Valentine made arrangements for me to be able to vacate the unit and not be charged an additional fee for the extra days, AND he's going to handle letting them in to get it!!! How nice is that! I highly recommend this facility.
We’d never rented a storage unit before and CubeSmart made it easy. Customer service put us in touch with the manager at the State Street facility, Valentin. He called us right away, found us the perfect storage space and walked us through the process, explaining everything well. His positive and cheerful attitude was invaluable. The facility is clean, bright and secure and we have no worries about our stuff while it’s there. Thanks Valentin!!
The storage units here are amazing. Very clean, secure and well kept. Valentin is so helpful and an awesome guy! I highly recommend using their storage units if you’re in the area.
Valentin the general manger is very professional and his customer service skills are excellent! He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
I had reserved a 10 X 30 storage a couple of months ago and spoken to Valentin about seeing the actual unit before leasing it. I flew into O'hare on a Sat, but my flight was delayed. I called to let him know, I was running late b/c of my flight. He said no problem, take your time and I will stay around for you. He kept his promise. I got into town close to 6 PM on Sat and he was still here to show me the storage and go over the facility with me. Very nice and clean facility and Valentin was more than helpful. I highly recommend this location.
