I have been waiting for the delivery for the second portion of my roof, and I have been purposely ignored. I have conformation that you have it, but you chose to not deliver it yesterday or today! I had workers at my house to receive the product both days, but your company neglected to return calls or make good on your job! Terrible experience. And I can't be completely sure that you will even deliver it on Monday! Are you going to pay the roofers for missing two days work because you don't supply a product that you were already paid for??! Obviously not, you certainly don't value your customers! Bad customer service, but what do you care, it's not your steel roof!
