Mi-Box of Central Illinois was great to work with. They delivered the box by putting it exactly where we asked them to. They were very accommodating when we needed the box for a few days longer. I used Mi-Box for moving, as it was super convenient to take my time packing up my things. The pricing was more affordable than their national competitor. Connie was very responsive and friendly, and they were great to work with.
We used a Mi-Box recently when we did some garage renovation, and were very pleased with the service we received and the storage unit. It was spotless and perfect for our needs. Connie was great to work with, and if we ever need short term storage again, we will absolutely call them, as well as recommend them to friends and family.
Could not be better! Nice friendly people with exceptionally great customer service. The rental price is very reasonable. We rented the storage box for months. It was clean and dry as can be. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company!
