I went in to T-Mobile today shortly after noon to get my wife's cell phone worked on. No matter what app we tried to open it would close it out almost immediately. As I walked into the store there was an older couple being taken care of buy a very nice T-Mobile employee the only T-Mobile employee working at this time. There were two other people in front of me so I just waited. After about 35 minutes one of the customers left the store and I waited. After about almost an hour the second person in front of a left the store. The elderly couple were sitting down while talking to the salesman. I asked if I could go get another chair from the back of the store and bring it around to the front as I needed to sit down. Finally after 2 hours a gentleman who came into the store and ask who needed help next. I raise my hand and he proceeded to help me. it took him about 20 minutes to fix my problem with the phone( none of the apps would work.). He explained to me that because I had an Android phone Google had changed programs on them. The store certainly needed more than one employee during the day to handle all the issues the users where having.

Great service from the start!! I stumbled upon this store on a grocery run. Thought we had the best plan already which we did, turns out this is the second day with my new phone and I can totally appreciate the recommendation. Cheers!

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a cellular store. Staff remained extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and professional during unforeseen difficulties that arose while upgrading one of my phones. I truly appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone was. Thanks again!

The store manager Luis helped me. Made the process of upgrading and transitioning super easy and fast, he also explained everything really well. Felt the customer next to me getting the same great experience from another staff member too.
