Walking into this location and getting pretty darn lucky to receive help by the store manager, Emilio has been great. I’ve had many problems in the past with employees lying and tricking us to getting things. We originally walked in to get our lines reconnected and he has been nothing but pleasant to work with. He is consistent with his communication and knows how to do his job without the tricks and cons I’ve dealt with the past. Thank you
Went to get a new phone with my son for my son and the staff was watching a movie. we walked in and I got a face attitude from one of them. go and stay home if you don't want to work. I will never go there again...
went to store around 6:45pm 02-09-21. One guy and one girl sales rep. The girl gave me the worst customer service ever! I needed help but she told me to call customer service on the phone to get help?! I had to call customer service myself while im at the store and give my phone to them. I ended up leaving the store and had the tech support help me instead.
The staff was extremely helpful they explained everything so well I got help from paulina & manager Dawood
The manager Dawood was such a great help he helped me transfer all my information over and explained everything really well I would definitely recommend going to this locatjon.
