AMAZING Customer Service! I wish I could give more then 5 stars. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I took my laptop to him that I accidentally dropped off my bed with the charger in it (whoops). He gave me a fair price to fix it and his honest opinion that I would be better off just using an external keyboard with my computer. Even though just charging me for the repair is what most people would do as opposed to giving me other options. On top of all that he was able to get it looked at and quote me on the same day! He even cleaned the inside of my computer since he already had it open and did not even charge me. Will definitely be going back if anything happens to any of my computers in the future.

I bought my desktop and laptop for both to be fixed and he advised me there was nothing wrong with the laptop, but cleaned it up for free and now it runs perfect. My desktop got the blue screen and thru out the process he gave me updates with what was wrong and gave me a very fair price to have it fixed. For me he seemed like a guy who was more interested in fixing the computer with great detail rather than doing a quick fix to make money. I would highly recommend using this service.

I was having trouble removing a write protect screw from a Chromebook and called EDS. I called Matt and he didn't respond at first, so I called another company and they gave me a $20 estimate. As I was about to leave, Matt called and I decided to answer. I'm glad I did. He said he would do it for $10, and by the time I got there and did it for me, he decided not to charge me for it at all. Although you may not get Matt's services for free, I will be checking in with Matt first before any more commercially-based tech-related business; as I'm sure Matt will give you a better price.

I was able to bring in my laptop on the day I called and was informed about the issues very quickly. Very fast service and reasonably priced. Will definitely keep Matt as my computer guy!!!!AAA++++
