Marissa was amazing!! She was so helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience that I had there. She knew her stuff and I highly recommend asking for her when you go there.
Be careful going to this location, make sure to check your first bill closely. I went in last Saturday to switch my carrier from AT&T to T-Mobile and everything seemed to go very well. Except when I got my bill there was an added line that I did not give consent to, that extra line included an extra charge. My sister and her ex husband went in last Friday to switch to T-Mobile and get their own accounts. I informed them of my extra line so they checked their accounts on the app, and BOTH of them had extra lines for an extra charge that they did not consent to. I called T-Mobile customer service and they were very nice and gave me a credit. But beware of this location.
The customer service was outstanding very knowledgeable and both android phones and I phones. They helped us out greatly and we will definitely be back.
Amazing customer service and very well informed people, nice and clean store with fun music! Jeremiah and Austin were beyond helpful and set us properly with new phones and a free line! This is the best location with the best people for sure. Even got some bonus T-Mobile gear, thanks again!
