BEWARE IF YOU WANT CURBSIDE PICKUP - Apparently this location can't or won't actually do curbside pickup. The man who was working there by himself last Saturday(11/14) refused. He said I had to meet him at the door. So I had to stand outside the door in the cold while he got the phone that I had purchased online ready. It took a good 5-10 minutes. He was also extremely rude and short with me. It was like he was put out that I even asked for curbside and somehow was still annoyed that he had to meet me at the door. He also didn't even activate the phone which he flat out lied about. I asked him if it was activated and he said yes but when I got home I noticed the box wasn't even opened and the sim card had not even been put in yet. Tempted to call a manager and ask for a refund on the $30 upgrade fee because I had to do all the work myself including waiting on hold with customer service to get phone activated. I had expected that the guy working at the store could have done all of that while I waited in my car. I would actually love for a manager to reach out to me about this. Stores need to be doing better than this during a pandemic. Reply here or email me.

Purchased an IPhone in Batavia but after all the downloads were complete we weren't able to make or receive calls. We went to St Charles and Charles helped us. Charles was efficient, friendly and helped us. Thank you

Wow! Asmir from this St. Charles location helped me resolve an issue with a trade-in in 5 minutes. When I got to the store, I was beyond frustrated from my numerous calls and emails with ATT support and ATT trade-in department. I had ordered the phone online, but picked it up at another ATT store that didn't know what to do when I called them, and the phone support people kept sending me in circles. I decided to try a different store than the one I ordered it from, and I am so glad I stopped by this St. Charles location. Asmir listened to my story and knew exactly what needed to be done. I walked in with a huge headache, and walked out with a smile.
