I went in to upgrade and was helped by Eduardo. He made sure to explain everything with detail and in a way that made sense all while still managing to show the upmost kindness to me and my family! He made pleasant small talk and made the whole process quick and pain free. Every time I come to this location I am yet to be disappointed, this store is on top of everything and are amazing at what they do, 10/10 recommend!
Cynthia was absolutely amazing. She helped me out with an upgrade and was very helpful with transferring my information. The team at that store is amazing, and very friendly. Highly suggest this location.
Worst customer service experience I have ever had with T-Mobile. Sales associate, Eduardo is very unprofessional, dry, and unkind. Manager needs more training on how to lead her employees. Very upset with my experience. This is not a corporate store and I would highly recommend you avoid this BrightStar Wireless location at all cost.

Horrible costumer service some guy with black nails painted Wana argue that sprint costumer with 5g phone still get 5g when I got a email when they switched to tmobile we won't get no more! If I wanted to keep getting 5g I have to get a tmobile phone that work on their network. Plus I have eligibility to upgrade but they can see that on their computer but I can in my phone. I call sprint right when I get out the store and prove me right what I was saying. They need to study their network!!
