I had my machine cleaned and looked at here. They did an awesome job! Very knowledgeable and helpful in addition to the quality products and advice offered. We are fortunate to have a quality store like this so close by. They take pride in what they do. Will definitely recommend to others.

Big, awesome sewing machine store. No pressure to buy. The sales ladies talk with me about all the different brands and show me each one. Very nice selection of quilting fabric. I will be back when I am ready to buy! Half of the store sells cooking and vacuums too but I never made it over there.

They will not make an appointment to service my machine without paying a $75 charge on top of the price of the service. I don't want to leave my machine indefinitely. They are a rip off anyway, charge a lot more ghan all the repair a service shops. We are kind of screwed unless we are willing to travel to Vancouver or Portland. Wish they were more flexible
