Big Lots

I dont normally do this! I usually rate the store as a whole but the manager John has been nothing but phenomenal since the beginning of my whole ordeal. We had a couch and a situation with the warranty. The very minute it crossed his plate, he never let up on taking care of us all the way! Since that time I have purchased way more there now, then I do at other stores. I did this rating to state that customer service is warranted and needed especially these days and in these times. He has earned loyal customers as long as he is there and maybe longer if the staff follows his ways!!!

Friendly employees. The only thing is is the paper towels they're having trouble keeping them stock still. But other than that it's a clean store well stocked other than the paper towels but that's been going on for a while.

They're always very nice! Sometimes I can find some really great deals here

Amazing prices friendly service

Paid 1100 for a living room set, it's been 2 months, still dont have it. Now have been told it's going to be 8 to 10 weeks longer for something I was supposed to pick up the next day. Not offering any store credit, compensation or anything. Having to pay full price for something I dont even have and wont get for another 2 months. Horrible experience.
