I have been to this store 2 times in the past week and by far they are the most friendly, patient and nice service representatives I have interacted with at TMobile. I highly recommend this store and the 2 workers who were present today(9/1/20).nPlease go in and see the staff members with any concerns you may have. They are happy to help and work with you to ensure your needs are met.
Dylan and other associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. So helpful my family said goodbye to Verizon and swapped over to T mobile. I recommend, if you like saving money, to do the same.
This is a wonderful place, they care about there customers and they will do Whatever they have to, to satisfy their customer.
Good store. Knowledgeable salespeople/techs.....so far so good for 2 years now.
Walked in to get a $50 prepaid card for my new phone, was told they don't have that anymore and my only equivalent option was post paid for $75 a month so I signed up for that. Went to a different store and they said that was a lie and set me up with the $50 dollar prepaid, after multiple calls to customer service from store employees and me personally I am out the money for the plan they scammed me into. Do your research go to the Vancouver store if you want good honest customer service.
