My husband and I went to this business for a single project ... replace the stereo in the bike. Well, we were so impressed with their work, communication, friendliness, etc., we ended up doing much more business with them than anticipated. The owner went above and beyond to help us while we were on a trip out of state. Our bike blew the speakers and he was able to help us over a twelve hundred miles away. This company really goes above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. Way to go Rainier Sound Authority!!!!
Awesome! Not just stereos. I'm getting a receiver hitch and bike rack installed for my SUV. And a magnetic cell phone holder for my truck. Jerry helped me configure my backup camera too. Really nice and knowledgeable people for all auto, motorcycle, RV, and boat accessories!

Very polite and friendly staff. Answered all my questions before i could even ask them. Got my appointment set promptly. Was scheduled for 2 hours, but it only took them 45 minutes. My equipment sounds fantastic.
