Sprint is the worst phone company only comparable to a bad ex girlfriend. It's fine at first and you get a leased new phone, but then it just gets bad. That person which treated you nice at first is requiring you to pay insurance which one would think should protect your new phone. Only it doesn't. You pay 200 out of pocket to get a new phone and continue to make payments on it, regardless of how it was destroyed or damaged. That means anything from a scratch to a battery melting in your pockets is 200 out of your other pockets. Wanna leave sprint at the end of that madness? Good luck this ex girlfriend had you sign some shady stuff that was not explained real well and now you are forking 300 dollars to have them take the leased phone which blew up in your pocket. The system they employ makes it so you think it is to your benefit to stay with them, but staying means more BS in the future. This store which has nice genuine employees sadly represents a terribly corrupt and awful cell service provider that should be ashamed of itself. Honestly sprint please die and get eaten by tmobile. #never again sprint. Goodbye forever.

Excellent service. I had ATT before but not much if any service when visiting in Alaska on almost a yearly basis. Switch to Sprint with the understanding they have no service of their on in Ak. To my surprise on driving from Anchorage down to the Kenai peninsula I never had less than 2 bars, again excellent service. Later found out that Sprint has an agreement with the best cell phone service provider in Ak, allowing Sprint to use their service.

I had a phone that had a lock on it. I had spent several hours on the phone with customer service and IT with no resolution. Jasper spent over an hour helping me communicate with the multiple people that I had been transferred to. He was the one who actually got my phone unlocked. The store also followed CDC guidelines for customer safety.

Shout out to Lorissa! Due to Covid I am working from home , today I could not keep a connection to any of my customers... after a couple hours of trying to fix it myself and a minute of crying I gave up and went into the store and she had me out the door in 5 mins and talking to my customers . Thank you for your time Lorissa !
