Good ud83dudc4d group of young people running our local Game stop and very knowledgeable about gaming.
Had an Xbox controller with warranty. They did not have any controllers at this store. After turning in the old controller I had to wait 3 weeks for the new controller to arrive even though it was suppose to be 3-5 business days. I was given the controller through the door because of COVID however I could not buy a new warranty because they were not accepting cash and cards at the time. I was told I have a longer period to wait to get the warranty and upon calling them they told me that it’s not true and I needed to buy it the same day then the manager changed it to within 7 days. They told me that I should have recorded the employee saying that I can wait for the warranty to prove that it’s what he said.The controller I received was the older version controller and I cannot use it because I have no adapter. Is it fair to receive older out of date controllers in replacement of a newer generation controller? Everyone buy from local market app GameStop is a scam and they overprice games and steal your old games for a small price. Sell and buy all your games on market stop getting scammed from this company.
How are you only gonna order 9 xbox series x pre-orders its sad what gamestop is turning into.
My son loves this place. If u need anything game related this is the place to go. If they don't have it they can order it. Decent pricing.
