Literally the worst internet service I’ve ever owned, Constantly losing connection!! Called numerous times and had people come out and they never fix my issues. First month or 2 was good until now..I don’t recommend this company

Not only is it REALLY hard to get ahold of customer service, I had to dispute a transaction of $154 that I did NOT authorize (it also cause an overdraft). It took them 2 days to take my money ans supposedly it takes 30 BUSINESS DAYS to get refunded... I have NEVER heard of such a thing. Really set me back financially.
Tried to get information on new installation, multiple times at this office and online, told someone would show up but they never did. i wanted to put the required conduit in the ditch i had open for PUD , but alas no show
