My family and I had a great experience at T-Mobile with Ryan and Danny. They were very knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient as they answered our questions and helped to pick out a plan and order our new phones. Ryan stayed in contact throughout the process and was great about following up to ensure everything was set up correctly. The level of customer service in this store and with T-Mobile far exceeds my experience with all other mobile providers. If you want the best deal along with unparalleled customer service look no further. My only regret is that I didn't make the switch sooner!!!
Special thanks to Alexander D. for his amazing service and great knowledge of what he's doing. We went there 2 days ago to get an i-phone 11 Pro Max for my daughter and he was very nice and patient throughout the whole process of app & data transferring from her old phone that took almost 1.5 hours (half hour past their closing time)! Definitely go back to upgrade my phone and my wife's phone soon whenever they have a promotion. Thanks again Alex.
